Wyatt has served as a development and investment executive within some of the Southeast’s premier multifamily firms including Camden Property Trust (and predecessor Summit Properties), Lane Company, and Faison. During his career, Wyatt has been responsible for the development of over 4,500 apartment units in the Carolinas and South Florida with a capital commitment of over $550 million. Additionally, he has facilitated the acquisition, disposition, and repositioning of over 900 units with a transaction value of over $36 million. Previously, Wyatt served as Lane Company’s development partner in the Carolinas and Virginia, and as Managing Director with Faison Enterprises, Inc., where he was responsible for the firm’s multifamily acquisition and development activity in the Carolinas.
Wyatt spent the first 8 years of his career with Camden Property Trust (previously Summit Properties) where he served as Vice President of Investment and Development. During his tenure, he held responsibilities for the company’s investment activities in the Carolinas, Georgia, and South Florida markets. Wyatt received his MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina with a concentration in Real Estate. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Appalachian State University. Wyatt is married with two children.
Stuart has been involved as a principal in the ownership and/or development of more than 430,000 SF of retail and office and 1,765 residential units. Prior to forming Proffitt Dixon Partners, Stuart was the vice president of mixed- use development at Pappas Properties where he served on the development team for Metropolitan, a 16 acre mixed-use development adjacent to Uptown Charlotte, NC, featuring 800,000 square feet of residences, office, and retail. Stuart led two other infill development projects at Pappas, including the Whole Foods anchored Sharon Square in the SouthPark submarket of Charlotte, NC.
Stuart also served as Director of Development for Champion Development Group in Los Angeles, California. In this role Stuart was responsible for the acquisition, rezoning and development of $150 million worth of infill mixed-use development, including the nationally-known Gaslamp City Square. Reporting directly to the company’s founder and investors, he also managed the leasing effort of more than 200,000 square feet of retail space. Stuart graduated cum laude from North Carolina State University, and in 2004 earned his Master of Business Administration and Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. Stuart currently serves on the development committee for Crisis Assistance Ministries.
William “Will” Andrews is a Partner with Proffitt Dixon Partners and responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing class-A multifamily projects throughout the Southeast. Will has extensive real estate and institutional capital markets experience involving a variety of property types including apartments, condominiums and mixed-use developments as well as retail and office projects.
Prior to his current role Will was Vice President of Finance & Investments for a leading publicly traded multifamily focused REIT, Colonial Properties Trust (currently NYSE: MAA), which owned and operated over 34,000 multifamily units and 2.0 million square feet of commercial space. In that capacity he was responsible for maximizing shareholder value by utilizing the capital markets and strategic real estate transactions to guide the company’s future earnings and financial position. During his tenure he had direct involvement in $2.8 billion of successful debt and equity transactions. Will also worked as a development associate facilitating the development process of a $400 million mixed-use and for-sale residential portfolio resulting in the eventual sale and lease-up of 350 residential units and 250,000 square feet of commercial space throughout the Southeast. Will received his BSBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC Chapel Hill and his Master of Real Estate Development from Auburn University. He is an active member of ULI and holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is also a licensed real estate broker in both North Carolina and Alabama. Will is married with one son.
Ashley assists in all aspects of the development process from inception through operational. Prior to her current role, Ashley spent 5-years managing the deployment of over $2 billion dollars in media marketing campaigns for a top ten Fortune 500 client at a tier-1 agency in New York City. Graduating from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in 2010, Ashley was a member of the Gamma Sigma Alpha Honor Society and a frequent name on the Dean’s List. With past experience working for Charlotte based developers and architects, Ashley has a solid fundamental foundation that allows for assistance across various facets of commercial development. Ashley is an active member in CREW and is a candidate for graduation from the Arts and Science Council Cultural Leadership Training program in June 2017.
